WHEN YOU PURCHASE A “SITE” AT SKAGIT RIVER WOODS WHAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY PURCHASING IS A MEMBERSHIP WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE THAT SITE. SRW RETAINS ALL RIGHTS TO OWNERSHIP OF THE LAND/PROPERTY WITHIN ITS BOUNDARIES. WE REQUIRE EVERYONE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND TO READ THE SRW RULES AND BYLAWS PRIOR TO MAKING A MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE.
New policy: All potential members of Skagit River Woods will be required to complete and pass a criminal background check. Please be prepared to present official identification at the time, as well as be responsible for all fees pertaining to background checks. Background check clearance time and fees may vary. Transfer paperwork will not be completed until background check is approved. For the safety of all parties involved, you are encouraged not to accept or send money until clearance has been given.
